Pioneer Solar would like to take this opportunity to check in with our wider community in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. These are no-doubt trying times for all Australians. Particularly in these times of uncertainty as a nation we are reminded of the importance of looking after one another and our environment.
Pioneer Solar remains passionate about providing Australian homes with clean and affordable Solar energy. At this time Pioneer Solar is open for business. However the health and safety of our staff and customers is of the utmost importance to us.
In response to the growing severity of the COVID-19, Pioneer Solar feels it is necessary to implement additional safety measures. Asper the advice of the Australian Government and Queensland Health, onsite visits and installations will adhere to strict social distancing and hygiene regulations.
The excellent thing about solar installations is that they are performed outdoors and don’t require interaction from customers. Our customers are free to remain indoors for the whole duration of the install. To avoid any unnecessary physical contact all signatures will be collected digitally and all cash payments are to be made over the phone or via bank transfer. We have also asked that customers and staff refrain from shaking hands or any greetings that require physical contact.
Installation teams are now limited to no more than 4 people and a distance of 1.5 meters will be kept between all onsite personal where possible. Our installation teams will be maintaining high levels of hygiene both on and offsite by regularly sanitising equipment and washing hands. We have also implemented a strict no-attendance policy for team members displaying flu-like symptoms or those feeling unwell.
Pioneer Solar has a wide range of tools available to us that allow us to digitally design and model solar systems. Moving forward sales consultations will be held over the phone or via Face Time or Skype and detailed sales proposal will be emailed.
Pioneer Solar will continue to offer the highest quality of workmanship and customer service. Our staff remain dedicated to helping Australia achieve it’s renewable energy goals. We would like to thank you for your ongoing support in these trying times, and your commitment to supporting local business. As much as Australians are the people of a strong handshake and a warm welcome, we are also strong spirited and resilient. I trust we will make it through these challenging times by sticking together… 1.5 meters apart.
We wish you all safety and happiness.
